1. Order Processing Time

3. International Shipping & Duties (Important)
We ship worldwide. However, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. occer is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and they are your responsibility as the customer.
4. How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Supplemental Shipping Terms & Liabilities (Key Protection Clauses)
To ensure a smooth delivery experience, please review the following important terms regarding shipment liabilities:
A. Incorrect Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
B. Lost or Stolen Packages
occer is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, occer will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
- Expert Tip: We highly recommend customers purchase Shipping Insurance (if available) at checkout to protect against loss, theft, or damage.
C. Delays caused by Force Majeure
We are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, weather conditions, or carrier delays (e.g., USPS/UPS/FedEx strikes or operational backlogs). These situations are beyond our control.
D. Refused Packages
If you refuse a shipment from occer, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
